We produce a  range of Cordials which constantly change

Blueberry and Elderflower
Enlarge	We Handpick the Elderflowers from Local Hedgerows, and we use Blueberries from the Dorset Blueberry Company near Wimborne.

Oranges and Lemons
Enlarge	These we cannot get locally, so we source only the finest citrus fruits available. We call our Oranges and Lemons "Ding Dong" and it has a very fresh Taste as we use no artificial additives.

Elderflower
Enlarge	We handpick elderflowers from local Hedgerows, and leave the mixture for 7 days to infuse.

Lemon and Verbena
Enlarge	We infuse the leaves from the Verbina into a lemon syrup for 5 days.

Blackcurrant
Enlarge	This is a favorite for Chefs. Each bottle uses over 1/4Kilo of fruit.

Lemon and Borage
Enlarge	Borage sometimes known as the Happy herb grows with a Blue flower, the leaves taste like cucumber and are grown in our Garden.

Blackberry and Lime
Enlarge	We use lime to bring out the taste of the Blackberry.

Lemongrass and Ginger
Enlarge	This is our best seller, we grow some of the lemongrass and during the sumer we grow a limited amount of Ginger, suplemented by the finest ingrediants possible. This is in a two level drink, first you have the smooth taste of the Lemongrass, followed by the zing of the Ginger.

Raspberry and Lovage
Enlarge	Sumer in a bottle is how this has been described.We use locally picked raspberries where ever possible and infuse home grown Lovage to give it a slight twist. Used with Game and Venison.

Lime and Lime Mint
Enlarge	WOW the coment most heard. The limemint (Mentha x piperita citrata)  takes away some of the acidity of the limes. Lovely with iced water, or a G&T.

Berries and Cherries
Enlarge	The Winter Warmer   A seletion of Berries and Cherries with a touch of Nutmeg and Ciinnimon help make this a perfect Non Alcholic Mulled drink over the Winter months. PLEASE NOTE Only available from Mid Autumn.

Goosegog and Elderflower
	Made with Handpicked Gooseberries and Elderflower Heads. Goosegog is the country name for Gooseberries. Taste of the West Gold 2009
